  • Overview

    Supports executive by performing clerical work and minor administrative and supporting the business function.


    • Opens, reads and routes incoming mail.
    • Composes or transcribes and types routine correspondence.
    • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
    • Answers and screens telephone calls, schedules appointments, gives information to callers and arranges conference calls.
    • Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.
    • Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
    • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
    • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
    • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares meeting materials and reserves and prepares facilities.
    • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
    • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
    • Orders and maintains supplies for personnel and department machinery, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
    • Performs other site or department specific duties as assigned.


    • Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Proficient in Word or WordPerfect, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
