    Brandywine Realty Trust is experiencing an exciting time as an organization. We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to support Brandywine Realty Trust’s Executive Compensation function including the development and execution of the Company’s executive pay strategy and the on-going management of executive compensation programs.

    In this role, you will act as internal advisor and subject matter expert for Brandywine Realty Trust’s senior leaders and Board of Trustees across all aspects of executive compensation.


    • Proactively consult with Brandywine Realty Trust’s leaders and key stakeholders to ensure the attraction, retention, and appropriate level of compensation for Brandywine Realty Trust’s executives throughout the year and during the year-end compensation process.
    • Develop, enhance, and maintain the design, operation, administration, and governance of Brandywine Realty Trust’s executive compensation programs.
    • Lead the compensation process for external executive hires including delivering advice and recommendations on candidate remuneration.
    • Develop compensation models and provide analyses in support of the HR team, senior leaders, and stakeholders.
    • Manage executive benchmarking and methodology to ensure alignment with Brandywine Realty Trust’s executive compensation philosophy. Generate benchmarking analyses and reports, as needed.
    • Keep informed of trends in executive compensation and advise senior leadership as needed on marketplace and regulatory developments and their applicability to Brandywine Realty Trust.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, Technology, and other internal stakeholders.
    • Support technology projects involving executive compensation data and processes.
    • Lead and/or perform other related activities as necessary.




    • An undergraduate degree in a related field. Graduate degree preferred and CCP or CEP certification preferred.
    • Minimum five years of compensation experience, preferably with at least two years of familiarity with executive pay practices. Two years in Equity Compensation.
    • Demonstrated quantitative skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex topics in simple, easy to understand terms.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills including the ability to effectively work independently and manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Experience developing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and procedures preferred
    • Experience working with senior leadership preferred
    • Experience with Restricted Stock, Stock Options, RPSU’s, Deferred Compensation Plans,
    • Knowledge of SEC reporting and accounting rules is required.
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
    • An obvious strength in communications; at ease with all levels in a corporate structure and able to explain technical detail to those with less knowledge and get into specifics with those who have more experience. Knowledge of GAAP, regulatory accounting and reporting requirements. Should be more regulatory experience (i.e. SEC, 409A, etc.)
