    We are currently seeking an experienced and eager Investment Associate for our Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia.


    • Underwrite property acquisitions using ARGUS and Excel.
    • Model and review complex joint venture waterfalls in Excel.
    • Manage the acquisition and disposition real estate due diligence process.
    • Prepare development and redevelopment models.
    • Create investment memos and presentations for Board of Trustees, investment committee and internal transaction team using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
    • Research sales and lease comps for various projects.
    • Mine various sources (i.e. – Morningstar CMBS Lead Generator,, CoStar, etc.) for investment opportunities and market intelligence.
    • Prepare ad hoc financial analysis on an as-needed basis.
    • Manage all facets of the real estate transaction process.
    • Conduct property tours with investors, brokers, etc.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related field is required.
    • Minimum of three to five years of working experience in real estate investments.
    • Real estate transactional experience.
    • Proficient in using ARGUS, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
    • Solid experience and understanding with financial modeling and building/manipulating complex spreadsheets.
    • Ability to interpret and synthesize general concepts as well as raw data into a comprehensive financial analysis.
