Brandywine Realty Trust is currently seeking an experienced and eager Executive Assistant for their Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia. The right candidate will work on a team of three Executive Assistants providing high level administrative support to the CEO.
Draft basic correspondence (thank you letters, etc.), which may require research.
Keep log of correspondence (electronic and hard copy)
Mail merge for large mailings. Print letters w/attachments, scan, and send via email and/or U.S. mail.
Assist with board book compilation for Board of Trustees and Board Committees.
Back-up scheduler for meetings and appointments for President/CEO; maintain calendar.
Coordinate and arrange meetings.
