Brandywine Realty Trust is currently seeking an experienced and eager Executive Assistant for their Corporate Headquarters in Philadelphia.  The right candidate will work on a team of three Executive Assistants providing high level administrative support to the CEO.



  • Draft basic correspondence (thank you letters, etc.), which may require research.

  • Keep log of correspondence (electronic and hard copy)

  • Mail merge for large mailings. Print letters w/attachments, scan, and send via email and/or U.S. mail.

  • Assist with board book compilation for Board of Trustees and Board Committees.

  • Back-up scheduler for meetings and appointments for President/CEO; maintain calendar.

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings.  

  • Coordinate political fundraisers.
  • Manage corporate contributions and sponsorships.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports for payment.
  • Organize and maintain filing system. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in an Executive Administrative role
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Dictation/transcription experience required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels

  • Professional, polished, and exceptional communication skills with all levels including Board members, internal and external constituents

  • Self-directed, highly motivated, with a “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
