    Brandywine Realty Trust has an immediate opening for a Lease Administrator based in our Philadelphia, PA office. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the database of company's financial data processing system and lease files by performing the following duties:

    Responsibilities

    • Interpret and enter all leases, amendments, assignments, and subleases into the company’s MRI database system
    • Process Tenant Move in and Move out forms
    • Generate Confirmation of Lease Term (COLT) document for Move-ins
    • Process square footage and building size change forms
    • Assist with implementation of OnBase system, including scanning and uploading documents
    • Update the MRI database for other miscellaneous updates such as tenant address changes, name changes, and letter of credit information
    • Assist with the monthly billing of recurring charges

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    • Associate degree or paralegal required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Experience in Real Estate, Lease Administration and/or Accounting preferred
    • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail is required
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred
    • Working knowledge of MRI accounting system preferred
    • Working knowledge of OnBase a plus
