Reporting to the CEO, the position will be responsible for:


  • Responsible for overseeing all Brandywine company-wide tenant and client service programs.
  • Create and implement tenant service and branding strategies and tactics to accelerate Brandywine’s unique brand positioning and support the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Design, oversee, or implement programs to enhance the Brandywine client experiences on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create and oversee innovative programs and promotions to build the Brandywine brand, including overseeing Brandywine’s co-working initiatives.
  • Responsible for evaluating all commercial real estate technology opportunities and serve as “internal” clearing house and coordinator.
  • Develop new and innovative practices to stimulate our Property Management, Tenant Service and Leasing teams to advance the Brandywine brand.
  • Examine existing practices and seek avenues for company-wide integration.
  • Enhance Brandywine’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, including exploring opportunities to add value to existing processes and design new Brandywine customer programs.
  • Assist with new business development and general corporate marketing via interface with regional marketing teams and corporate support functions.
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of corporate and as-requested project level marketing strategies and activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of previous Sales and Marketing or related customer experience.
  • Proven track record of customer service accomplishment and innovative decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and a “can do” positive attitude.
  • Possesses tested experience in combining extensive business knowledge to integrate and develop sound budgets and business plans.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Must be pro-active and have the ability to anticipate future needs.
  • Must be able to interact with a diversified group of people both internally and externally.
  • Must be a collaborate leader.
