With significant direction from the General Manager and/or others, the Assistant Property Manager is accountable for supporting effective administration of policies and procedures that promote well-managed, a well-maintained building and grounds at either Company-owned or a third-party commercial property. Incumbents exercise independent judgment and discretion within the framework of Company policies and procedures, management directives, budget parameters, regulatory mandates, and, when appropriate, third-party guidelines. The overriding management objective toward which incumbents direct all endeavors is the achievement of maximum return on investment-grade, commercial real estate assets.
